Trees Love Care! (posters)
Have it made in the shade with your Trees Love Care! posters. The four-poster set (available in English and Spanish versions) provides information on how to spruce up trees for optimum health and growth. The set includes:
- Poster 1 – PROPER TREE MAINTENANCE…covers correct procedures from the roots up including advice on transplanting, mulching, fertilizing, pruning, and planting.
- Poster 2 – REASONS TO PRUNE…shows strategies to rejuvenate older plants, improve plant structure, control size, create special forms, prevent injury and property damage, and influence flowering and fruiting.

Right Tree, Right Place Planting Guide (poster)
Original design and artwork by Robert O’Brien Design highlights the cover of each version of the Right Tree, Right Place publication by the Florida Urban Forestry Council. Each 8.5 x 11-inch Selecting and Planting Guide unfolds to a 22 x 34-inch poster which features beautiful, full-color artistic representations of 30 recommended, regional trees.
The folded guide provides step-by-step illustrations on how to plant the right tree for the right place. The Florida Urban Forestry Council (FUFC) developed these publications for the Central, North and South Florida regions to achieve a sustainable urban forest through proper planning and planting.
Unfolding the publication reveals step-by-step guidelines and illustrations on how to select, plant and care for the right tree for the right place. Easy-to-grasp text and illustrations guide you through the process of:
- Determining your purpose in planting
- Understanding the planting site
- Selecting a compatible tree
- Planting your tree properly
- Avoiding improper planting locations
- Watering and care for your new tree

The tree selection chart on the innermost fold includes detailed information on 30 recommended, regional trees.
